How Campaigns AZIT Research Work

A clear research workflow from campaign scope to insight report.

Step 1 — Client Inquiry

You contact AZIT with your product, service, user journey, or research question.

Step 2 — Campaign Scope ​

We define the campaign goal, target tester criteria, number of testers, research questions, timeline, deliverables, and limitations. ​

Step 3 — Product / Service Details ​

You provide product details, access instructions, links, usage requirements, known risks, and any restrictions.

Step 4 — Tester Criteria ​

We define who should participate: location, language, interests, product familiarity, device type, or other relevant criteria.

Step 5 — Campaign Terms & Prepayment

Before launch, campaign scope, pricing, payment terms, data rules, and service boundaries are confirmed.

Step 6 — Tester Recruitment / Coordination

AZIT coordinates independent testers according to the agreed campaign criteria.

Step 7 — Product Experience / Verification

Testers complete the agreed experience: product purchase, product use, service flow, app test, website journey, or other defined task.

Step 8 — Feedback Collection

Testers submit internal structured feedback. This is not a public review requirement.

Step 9 — Internal Quality Review

AZIT reviews completeness, consistency, evidence, and response quality. Low-quality or suspicious submissions may be rejected.

Step 10 — Insight Report

AZIT analyzes responses and delivers a report with findings, repeated patterns, issue categories, and recommendations.
